My recent retreat at Tchaikovsky Hostel in Split was a pleasant experience. The hostel's serene atmosphere, coupled with its convenient location near the historical city center, made for a tranquil stay. Despite the limited kitchen equipment, the cozy common areas like the tiny balcony and small kitchen/diner added a homely touch to the place. The spacious dorms with ample storage space and privacy curtains enhanced the sense of relaxation and privacy. The accommodating staff, especially during my unfortunate illness, displayed genuine care and support. A standout feature was the easy self check-in process and the cute little patio, perfect for unwinding. Although the male shower drainage was a minor issue, the cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable. The free luggage storage facility was convenient for extended stays. If you are seeking a quiet and laidback accommodation with a homely feel in Split, this hostel is worth considering for your stay.
